Trinidad is a town of around 8,000 with 10,000 in Las Animas county. We have about 2000 active patients. The town is located at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We have a beautiful lake with excellent trout fishing. There is great hunting and hiking. Colorado just opened its largest public park last year boasting over 800,000 acres of land. Skiing is only a day trip away.

My reason for selling this gem of an office is that I have recently opened a health and wellness clinic and the demands on my time are too much to run both. After 30 years, my interests are more towards my other business and I want for another provider to be able to continue our great work here.
