OFFICE:                        Located in a well known professional building, 1300 square feet, 2 operatories (3rd plumbed), sterilization, recovery room, CBCT room, waiting room, reception area, bathroom, ample size parking lot.

                         

RENT:                           The current rent is $3,661 per month plus utilities.  The lease expires in June 2029.  The landlord will give a long term extension.  Rent increases have been at 2.5% annually.

PATIENT LOAD:            6-7 surgeries per day, 6-10 post-ops or consultations per day. The surgeon is booked 2 weeks in advance.  The practice is approximately 70% surgery and 30% implant placement.

 

REFERRERS:                 The practice has 15-20 regular referrers and 20-30 sporadic referrers.

 

EQUIPMENT:                The dental units and chairs are 15 years old.  There is a CBCT machine. Also, 1 autoclave, 2 x-ray machines, and Carestream digital x-ray with 2 sensors.  The practice management system is Win OMS and is networked though out the office.
